Is A Perfect Example Of Why You Should Attend Coach Drew’s KettleBell Seminar!!!

Wednesday, during The MetCon, we performed a Total of 20 KettleBell “Shoulder To OverHeads”… But, you had to get it up to your Shoulder somehow… And what would be the most efficient way to get it to your Shoulder? To Clean it!

Now, I’ll admit, I have bruises on both of my arms, but only because I had to Demo “How NOT To Do It” for almost every Class. During the actual WorkOut however, that KettleBell just Softly Rolled onto the top of my arm.

The KettleBell is such a useful piece of equipment! As far as Training goes, there are so many movements you can practice! But, you have to be taught the Correct Technique FIRST… And… You have to PRACTICE these Movements/Techniques Regularly!!!

So… Get Your Butts Out Of Bed Saturday & Attend Coach Drew’s KettleBell Seminar @ 11AM!!!
