You Have 7 Attempts To Perform Your Heaviest Power Snatch

Wednesday: 

Front Squat:

5x5x5x5 @ 65% of your 1 Rep Max

Push Press:

5x5x5x5 @ 65% of your 1 Rep Max

Thursday: 

Strength…

Skill Work…

HandStand Hold/Climb/ Push Up Work

Friday:

I got a lot of Great FeedBack from everyone about last week’s “Strength Rest Day” and instead performing 10 Mins of just “Skill Work” which involved Strict Pull Up Practice…

So… I thought that… We might have 1 day a week designated to “Skill Work”…

Obviously, everyone’s going to be at different Skill Levels, but, that’s why you have Coaches for!
