5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Rx’d: M&F…)

10 “Jumping” Push Ups (Rx’d: M&F- On Toes/Chest To Deck/Hands Come Off The Deck…)

15 “Jumping Air Squats

3…2…1…GO!!!
