Friday’s “GRID” WODs Were SIC!!!

I know we didn’t write it down on The WhiteBoard, but it went down like this…

2 Athletes “Kinda” Working @ a Time… 1 Athlete Performing Burpees & 1 Athlete Performing Back Squats… However, 1 Athlete Performed 1 Burpee while 1 Athlete Stood With The Barbell On Their Back… Once The 1st Burpee Was Performed, Then The 1st Back Squat Could Be Performed… Once The 1st Back Squat Was Performed, Then The 2nd Burpee Could Be Performed… And So On And So On..

For How Many Reps???

60 Reps @ 45lbs…

55 Reps @ 65lbs…

50 Reps @ 95lbs…

45 Reps @ 115lbs…

40 Reps @ 135lbs…

35 Reps @ 155lbs…

30 Reps @ 185lbs…

25 Reps @ 205lbs…

20 Reps @ 225lbs…

15 Reps @ 245lbs…

10 Reps @ 275lbs…

And 5 Reps @ 295lbs…

And Then…

The Ladies Had To Perform a High Bar Prowler Push @ 230lbs & The Guys a Low Bar Prowler Push @ 230lbs!!!

As a Coach, I always like to see how your “Team” attacks these “GRID WODs”! Yes… There is always some fighting and arguing… Which to me is just fun to sit back and watch… But in the end, all of you pull together as a Team and get the work done… AND… Stick around to cheer on the other Athletes/Team who are still working!!!

In The End… ALL of us… Are RC CrossFit Athletes!!!
