“Day 1 Of The Paleo Challenge…”

Day 1…

MAKE SURE YOU COME IN EARLY TO WEIGH IN!!!

You know how sometimes, as we’re explaining The WOD, and we say, “This Might Sound Stupid, But We Have To Say It Anyways Because It Already Happened…”

Well This Might Sound Stupid… But… Everyone will Weigh In with their shoes off… That’s all we ask of you… Last time we held The Paleo Challenge, we had stupid remarks from people who gained weight… Like… “I don’t remember if I had my shoes on or not…” Well that’s your fault… Do you honestly think we can remember your exact attire that you wore on Day 1 of Weigh Ins?!?!

You don’t have to… But I would recommend Weighing In every Monday with the same exact clothes you wore on your 1st Weigh In… I Weigh In naked, so I don’t have to worry about that…

Also, you don’t have to… But I would suggest to take Weekly Pictures of your transformation… No, you don’t have to show them to us… I’m not going to put them on The Blog or FaceBook… Unless you want me to… It’s just for you…

I know for me, I have 4 “Go To Outfits” that I use as a “Guide” for my body… I have this 1 particular CrossFit shirt, this 1 particular Button Up shirt, these 1 pair of pants and of course, my USMC Dress Blues… And I know that if those are looking a little snug… Then I need to clean up my diet… So for me, I’ll be taking pictures in all of the above outfits, then another in just my undies and then one naked… I’ll throw them on The Blog… As Danielley Smacks Me… All except for one…

Like I said, you don’t have to take pictures, but it is kinda cool to see the transformation over these next 40 days!!!

$20 Per Individual…

Individual Must Be A Male Or Female… That’s Right! No Animals Allowed!!! Even If You Think You’re An Animal…

Athletes Must Perform 2 WODs During The Week Of January 5th-9th… If You Do Not Complete Both WODs By The 9th, You Will Be Dropped From The Challenge With NO REFUND!!!

You Must Lose 1 Pound Weekly, Or, You Owe Us $5 PLUS $3 Per Pound Gained!!! Example: If You Gained 2 Pounds, You Must Pay $5 Plus $6 For The 2 Pounds You Gained For A Total Of $11…

If You Stay The Same Weight, You Still Have To Pay $5…

You Must Weigh In Weekly On Monday! If You Miss The Weigh In, It’s A $10 Penalty… No Exceptions!!!

Finally…

You Will Re-Test Both WODs @ The End Of The Challenge On The Day Of Your Last Weigh In!!!
