Pretty Much A Re-Post…

“Up… Up… Up!!!” is probably the most common”Cue” you’ll be hearing your fellow Athletes yelling at you… Let’s be honest… It’s not a “Cue”, it’s your fellow Athlete being your CheerLeader and thinking that if they YELL at you LOUD enough that somehow you’ll be able to stand up… I’m not saying to NOT do that… If that particular Athlete needs that Motivation, then Yell & Scream all you want…

However, as the Lifter, don’t forget about all the “Calm Cues”, the “Real Cues” we have been given you over this past Strength Training Cycle…

I know everything can get CRAZY in The Box! So much going on… Everyone getting all HYPED UP!!!

SIC!!! I Love It!!!

But please take time to watch this videos… Listen to the Cues… Remember the Cues… And don’t forget them when you have that “Would Be” PR held in your Hands!!!
