Each Cycle Is 4 Mins Long… Rest 2 Mins Between Each Cycle… Score Is Total Pull Ups…

So… Let’s Just Say It Take You 2 Mins & 30 Secs To Complete The Run & Burpees… You Have 1 Min & 30 Secs To Perform As Many Pull Ups As Possible!!!
