Thursday: Establish a 1 Rep Max Clean OR Power Clean + “Shoulder To OverHead”

Friday: No Strength… Nasty MetCon… MOBility: 3:30PM, 4:30PM & 5:30PM…

Saturday: MOBility: 7AM & 11AM… Olympic Lifting: 8AM… GRID WOD: 10AM…

Sunday: Active Rest Day… Get Out & Do Something…
