LJ & Alexa Will Be Going On @ 3:40PM & 6:50PM…

Luis & Alicia Will Be Going On @ 4:00PM & 7:00PM…

Octavius & Noemi Will Be Going On @ 4:20PM & 7:10PM…

Bryan & Danielley Will Be Going On @ 4:40PM & 7:20PM…

Nykki & Sammers (NOX) Will Be Going On @ 5:20PM & 7:40PM…

Juanito & Jescelyn (CrossFit SouthBell) Will Be Going On @ 6:20PM & 8:10PM…

For The 1st Time Ever, As Far As I Know…

All Of Our RC CrossFit Athletes Will Be Competing In Different Heats!!!

So That Means When “X” Team Is About To Go On… We Can Have All Our RCCF Athletes, Friends & Family Member Right There Cheering Them On!!!

That Means… For The Teams… All Eyes On You… Represent!!!

Now… On To The Mechanics Who Have Made Every Single Competition We Host Run So Smooth…

We’re Going To Need Help…

First… The Judges…

Not Everyone Can Be A Judge… We Hold Ourselves To Very High Standards… Which Means You Can’t Be Afraid To “No Rep” An Athlete… Especially The Advanced & Intermediate Competitors!!! Scaled Athletes… Ehhh… Give Them A Warning Or Two… If You’re Intimated By Doing That… Then Judging Is Not For You… And Obviously, You Have To Know What To Look For With The Movements… So If You’re Interested, Get With Ivan Or Myself So We Can Go Over Judging Standards Before Saturday… We Will Still Have A “Huddle Up” Going Over The Standards On Saturday… But Get With Us During The Week So You Can “Study” What You’re Supposed To Be Looking For…

YOU ARE A JUDGE… NOT A COACH!!! Your Job Is To Look For Range Of Motion For “X” Movement & Accurately Count Their Reps… That’s It!!!

Second… Volunteers…

We Have Advanced/Intermediate/Scaled Divisions… We Are Going To Need Volunteers To Help Change Out Weights… Switch Out Equipment… Basically Just Be A “Worker Bee”… It’s You Guys That Make Every Past Competition Run So Smoothly!!!

And Last… Clean Up Crew…

No Classes Saturday Morning… We’re Going To Need Some Help Cleaning Up The Box Friday Night, Saturday Morning & Saturday Night After The Competition… Sweeping… Mopping… Dusting Off Equipment… Cleaning The Pull Up Rig… Fixing The KBs/DBs… Etc… Etc… You See Something That Needs Cleaning… Clean It… Also You’ll Be Moving Equipment Around That Gets In The Way Of The Competition…Pretty Much Just Make The Box Look Pretty!!!

And Depending On How Hard We Party Afterwards… We Might Need A Sunday Morning Clean Up Crew!!!
