Now We’re Down To, Maybe, On A Good Day, 4 Or 5 Athletes…

That Means That You Get Here Early Enough That You Have Time To Put On Your Knee Sleeves… Olympic Lifting Shoes…Wrist Wraps… Tape Up Your Thumbs… Perform A 500 Meter Row & JunkYard Dog!!!

At 8AM… Coach Ivan’s Huddles Us Up & Explains The Lifts We Will Be Performing For The Day & Then Takes Us Through A Warm Up…

And Then It’s Go Time!!!

On Your Last Deadlift… You Must Pause @ The Hang Position… Then Perform A Hang Power Clean… Adjust If You Need To… Then Go Into Your Front Squats… On Your Last Front Squat… You Must Pause/Fix Your Feet… Then Go Into Your “Shoulder To OverHead Movement”…

Don’t String Anything Thing Together… Make It 4 Seperate Movements…
