They Would Have To Use A Box… Or A Box With Plates Stacked Up… Just To Do An Air Squat…

Then Eventually… They Moved To A Med Ball Air Squat… Then To A Back Squat… Then To A Front Squat… And Now They’re Performing OverHead Squats!!!

Shying Away… Ignoring Your Weaknesses Are 2 Of The Worst Things You Can Do…
