15 Single & Controlled Deadlifts @ 70% of your 1 Rep Max… No More Than 5 @ A Time…

MetCon…

As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 3 Mins:

3 Deadlifts (Rx’d: M-155lbs/F-105lbs…)

6 Burpee Box Overs (Rx’d: M-24″/F-20″…)

9 Double Unders (Rx’d: M&F… MOD: Ab Mat Sit Ups…)

Rest 1 Min… And Repeat For A Total Of 4 Cycles… Start Each Cycle Wherever You Left Off At… Your Score Will Be Total Rounds & Reps Completed For All 4 Cycles…
