Our Newbies… You Better Freakin’ “PR” Because The Coaches Started You Off With Super Light Weight…

Now… Our Veteran RCCF Athletes Who Have Been Doing This For Years… We Know…

Or… Hopefully… You Smash Your Old “PR”!!!
