We Want Pretty Deadlifts…

And It’s Getting Heavy!!!

Let’s Take Athlete A: Has Been Consistent The Entire Cycle… They Hit 60%, 65%, 70% & 75% & Now They Are At 80% Week & It’s Still Heavy For Them… But… The Lift Still Looks Good… Sweet!!!

Now Let’s Take Athlete B:  ALS (A Little Sketchy)… They Were Here For 60%, 65%, Missed 70%, Hit 75% & Now They’re At 80%… It Might Not Look Picture Perfect… But The Weight Was Manageable And They Moved Safe… Ok!!!

And Now Athlete C: No Clue What’s Going On… They Hit 60% Week & Now They Come Into 80% Week… The Athlete Might Want To Scale Down Their Weight… ALOT!!!

Again… We Always Say It…

CONSISTENCY!!! If You’re Not Consistent In Your Lifts… Your MetCons… You’ll Never Advance…
