You Might Be Able To Back Squat 400+ Pounds…

But Can You OverHead Squat A PVC Pipe, Or 15lbs, Or 35lbs, Or 45lbs Correctly…

30 Double Unders (Rx’d: M&F… 100 Meter Run For Breaking… MOD: 30 Mt. Climbers… Mandatory 100 Meter Run…)

6 Left Arm KettleBell Front Squats

30 Med Ball AbMat Sit Ups (Rx’d: M-20lbs/F-14lbs…)

Then…

10 Med Ball Slams/Med Ball Cleans/Wall Ball Shots…. TIME!!!

WTF?!?!

You Perform A Med Ball Slam & Try To Catch It On The Bounce… Into A Med Ball Clean… Straight Up To A Wall Ball Shot… That’s 1 Rep…

3…2…1…GO!!!
