5 BarBell Push Ups

 So Upon “3…2…1…GO!!!” You Will Start With with 15 Double Unders (Rx’d: M&F…) Or 15 Singles… You Will Also Perform Dubbs Or Singles Every 5 Mins… Which Means… At The 5 Min Mark… 10 Min Mark… 15 Min Mark… AND The 20 Min Mark…

Both With A 100 Meter Progression Penalty…

So Let’s Say You’re The Athlete Who Has Already Messed Up 3 Times… Which Means You Have Already Ran 300 Meters… At The 20 Min Marker… You Still Have A Last Set Of Dubbs/Singles To Do… You Knock Them All Out In 13 Seconds… Your Score Would Be “X” Rounds + “X” Reps/20:13…

Now If You Break On That Last Round… You Still Have The Run Penalty Every Single Time You Break!!!!

So Your Score Might Look Like… “X” Rounds + “X Reps”/31:53…
