Tuesday: Strength: 1 Rep Max OverHead Squat

Wednesday: MOBility: 6AM, 7AM, 8AM & 9AM… Strength: 1 Rep Max Split Jerk

Thursday: Strength: 1 Rep Max Snatch

Friday: MOBility: 3:30PM, 4:30PM & 5:30PM… Strength Rest Day!!! MetCon?!?!

Saturday: MOBility: 7AM & 11AM… Olympic Lifting: 8AM… GRID WOD: 10AM

ALRIGHT… HERE WE GO!!!

Active Rest Day… Get Out & Do Something… Or Just Sit On The Couch & Stuff Your Face With Your Last “Cheat Meal…”
