2nd Week: 65%… 3rd Week: 70%… 4th Week: 75%… 5th Week: 80%… 6th Week: “Hell Week”… 7th Week: “Re-Test Week”…

“But Coach… Why Aren’t We Re-Testing This Week???”

Because You Ladies & Gentlemen Did Amazing This Past “Complex & Multiple Rep” Strength Cycle!!!
