Normally… Our Strength Cycle Would Start @ 60% Then Bump Up 5% Until We Get To 80%… Then “Hell Week”… Then Re-Test Week…

Which Means… If You Chose To Start @ 70% On Week 1… Well… This Past Week You Would’ve Be On Our “Normal” 4th Week…

Which Also Means… This Up Coming Week… You’ll Be On “Week 5″…

Be Smart!!!

If It’s Too Heavy… If You’re Form Looks Like S–T… Then Go Down In Weight…
