If You Plan On Coming To The 5:00AM Class… PLEASE SIGN UP BEFORE 10:00PM THE NIGHT PRIOR!!!

Why??? Because If 10:00PM Comes By… And There’s Nobody Signed Up… We’re Not Going To Just Sit In An Empty Box…

I Have An Alarm Set For 10:00PM Every Night… Even On Tuesday’s & Thursday’s… When Coach Ivan Is Coaching The Early AM Classes… Just To Check Zen Planner To See Who Is Coming In Or If Anyone Is Coming At All…

If Nobody Is Signed Up… I Turn A Few Alarms Off… But Keep Some On To Be Ready For The 6:00AM Class…

If People Are Signed Up For 5:00AM (Any Class For That Matter..)… I Take A Look @ Who Is Signed Up & Think About Any MODifications That Need To Be Made For A Certain Athlete/Athletes… And I’m Sure Coach Ivan Does The Same…
