“Protect Your Shins…”

Sumo DeadLift High Pulls…

Normally We Would Perform This Movement With A KettleBell…

But Today… We’re Going To Be Using A Barbell…

You Know That Nice Smooth Part In The Middle Of The BarBell? Ya… That’s NOT Where Your Shins Should Be…

You Know Those Two Rough Parts (The Knurling)? Ya… That’s Where Where Shins Should Be…

Be Sure To Wear Some Long Socks Or Compression Tights…

Keep It Simple…

You’re Going To Have A Wide (Sumo) Stance Unlike Your Traditional Deadlift Stance…

Back Will Be Nice And Flat With Your Core Tight…

And Driving Through Your Heels And Fully Extending Your Hips Before Your Arms Bend You’re Going To Get The BarBell From Shin To Chin… Shin To Chin… Shin To Chin… ETC ETC…

BE CAREFUL NOT TO SMACK YOUR CHIN!!!

Here’s A Quick Video…

ALRIGHT… HERE WE GO!!!
