For A Total of 5 Rounds:

12 Reps Of: (6 Each Arm… Rx’d: M-72lbs/F-53lbs… Or Use The Same Weight/Equipment You Used On 6.22.2017…)

1 KB or DB Muscle or Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat +1 Shoulder To OverHead (Or You Could Combine All 3 Movements To Make It A Hang Cluster…)

3 Burpees

6 KettleBell Swings

3 Burpees… TIME!!!
