This Was A Very Hard Week… But A Much Needed Week… Let’s Be Honest… The Time Caps Were Crazy… Whether You Finished Or Not… You Had To Work Really F–Kin’ Hard To Get To Through Them!!! And Guess What… You Got Your Ass Kicked By Light Weight… And Guess What Else… You Were Moving Safely & Correctly!!! I Know You Probably Felt Like You Got Hit By A Train… But I Feel Everyone Needed That… It Was A Shit Ton Of Reps With Light Weight For A Reason… To Get Your Body Ready For The  Lift(s) Once You Have That Heavy Weight On Your BarBell… And I Did Something To You Guys Last Strength Cycle… All In All… I Feel These Past 2 Strength Cycles Have Had The Most Effective Strength “Rest” Weeks I’ve Ever Programmed… More On That To Come Once Re-Test Week Is Over…
